The divisional request filed on March 19, 2004 has been completed.  The services in use in commerce listed in the Statement of Use (Class 41 for ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATION SERVICES, PROVIDING PASSENGERS ONBOARD AIRCRAFT WITH ACCESS VIA COMPUTER TO GAMES) have been placed in the newly created child application, serial number 76/977,143.  The services that are not in use remain in the original (parent) application (Class 41 for PROVIDING PASSENGERS ONBOARD AIRCRAFT WITH ACCESS VIA COMPUTER TO VIDEOS, MOTION PICTURE FILMS, SHORT FEATURES, COMEDY, VARIETY, MUSIC AND DRAMATIC SHOWS, ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS, MUSIC AND SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT, AND NEWS), serial number 76/093,752.  Any further extensions of time or Statement of Use should be filed in the original (parent) serial number.
