The Sections 8 & 15 Combined Affidavit, filed on 12/04/07, is considered a duplicate and will not be reviewed. A Combined Affidavit was submitted previously on 6/06/07, and accepted. However, to avoid cancellation and expiration of your registration, you must submit a newly executed Section 8 Affidavit of Use and Section 9 Renewal Application on or between 6/5/10 and 6/5/11, or during the grace period that ends on 12/5/11. 15 U.S.C. §1058(b); 37 C.F.R. §2.160. To ensure timely submission, you are encouraged to file your Section 8 Affidavit of Use and Section 9 Renewal Application via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) online at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html.
