In response to the suspension notice of Jan. 17, 2003, we wish to
advise you that the parent U.K. application should proceed to allowance in
the next three-four months. As soon as a certified copy of the U.K.
registration is available, we will file a copy of such document.
We will also revise the identification of goods and services, at
such time, to distinguish over the citations.
