The above referenced applicant was withdrawn from publication for reclassification of the services in International Class 39, in particular, “travel agency services, namely making reservations and bookings for bookings for sidecar races.” Making reservations for entertainment events is a service classified in International 41; therefore, the applicant may amend to delete International Class 39, and revise International Class 41 as follows:
Entertainment services, namely organizing and conducting sidecar races; providing information in the field of sidecar races by means of a global computer network; arranging reservations and bookings for sidecar races.
