EXPLANATION OF FILING

This Section 7 Request is hereby submitted to correctly identify the original Registrant’s specific name, which is STANDARD HOMEOPATHIC COMPANY instead of Standard Homeopathic Company, Inc. As good cause therefor, Registrant informs the USPTO of the following facts and circumstances. The application for this registration was filed on April 29, 1996, with Registrant inadvertently identifying itself as Standard Homeopathic Company, Inc. Instead, the Registrant at the time of application should have been identified as Standard Homeopathic Company.

Together with the Combined Declaration of Use /Application for Renewal under Sections 8 & 9, Registrant is simultaneously filing the Section 7 Request for Amendment or Correction of Registration Certificate to correct the Registrant’s identity to STANDARD HOMEOPATHIC COMPANY.

Pursuant to TMEP Section 1505.03(b) the correction requested does not require republication. The misidentification described herein was made in good faith.
