EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant Requests that the following corrections and reclassification be made:

Amendment/Updated Classification: The owner of U.S. Reg. No. 2180949 requests that the classification for this registration be amended under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1057(e); TMEP Sec. 1609.04.  The registered services are “restaurant services,” which were in Class 42 and are now in Class 43 in the current version of the Nice Agreement.  See 37 C.F.R. Sec. 2.85(e)(3).  This is the entire description of services so all registered services are now in Class 43. 

New Registration Certificate:  The owner requests that the USPTO issue a certificate of correction of the existing registration reflecting the mark in the now attached amended drawing.
