Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

The following is submitted for registration number. 1656597 APEX :

FORM INFORMATION

This is in response to the Post Regisrtation Office Action dated May 20, 2011.  The Combined Section 8 Affidavit & Section 9 Renewal Application was not accepted on grounds that the party who filed the document was identified as Baldor Electric Company while the Trademark Office records showed that Reliance Electric Industrial Company owned the registration.  Applicant directs the Trademark Specialist to the Merger document recorded on June 2, 2011 at Reel/Frame 004552/0571, which shows that this registration is now owned by Baldor Electric Company.  Applicant hereby requests that the renewal of the above-referenced registration be granted.  Please contact the undersigned if there are any further issues to be resolved.
