Status
The post-registration response to Office action submitted on November 5, 2020, satisfies the requirement for an acceptable substitute specimen. However, the response did not include the required $100 deficiency fee. This requirement is restated below. It is noted that the Section 8 & 9 was inadvertently accepted immediately before the issuance of this Office action. The acceptance has been withdrawn and the Section 8 & 9 will be approved after the submission of the fee. The Office regrets any inconvenience.

RESPONSE TIME DEADLINE: A complete response must be received within 6 months from the issuance date of this Office action. The owner must respond to all inquiries set forth in this Office action to avoid cancellation of the registration. If a response is not received, the registration will be cancelled in its entirety. 37 C.F.R. §2.163(b)-(c); TMEP §1604.16.
