ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

This is in response to the post-registration office action of today, April 19, 2021 in reference to registration no. 1,621,862 for GENA. Pursuant to your instructions to Lenin Zeledon, Senior IP Administrator with Conkle, Kremer & Engel. Please keep the description of goods: "all sold primarily to wholesale distributors in the professional salon trade". Also as instructed we will pay the $100 deficiency surcharge with this response. Accordingly, please fully accept the Section 8 Affidavit of Use and fully allow the renewal of the registration.
