EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant requests an update to the mark for U.S. Reg. No. 1405662 and submits a drawing of the updated version of the mark. Registrant believes that the updated modernized mark is not a material alteration to the registered mark in U.S. Reg. No. 1405662. The updated modernized mark depicted in the submitted drawing contains the essence of the original registered mark. The updated modernized mark creates essentially the same impression as the original registered mark.
