The Combined Section 8 Affidavit & Section 9 Renewal Application was received on June 10, 2015. The Section 9 portion of the combined filing can be granted. However, the Section 8 portion is not accepted for the reason(s) set forth below.

The office had accepted a previously filed 8 & 9 which was accepted on December 20, 2014.

The amount of $400 paid in excess of the required filing fee for the Section 8 Affidavit will be refunded to the owner in due course. The fee for filing a Section 8 Affidavit is $400 per class. 37 C.F.R. §2.6.
