EXPLANATION OF FILING

The Owner respectfully requests an amendment to the original registration certificate for this federal trademark registration to accurately reflect the "type of entity". The Owner, Huhtamaki Finance B.V. was originally designated as a "corporation" on the original trademark application. However, Huhtamaki Finance B.V. is a "limited liability company"; therefore we request that the "type of entity" be changed to "limited liability company". This error was inadvertently made by the applicant at the time of the application.
