EXPLANATION OF FILING
In filing the assignment of the registration, Registrant incorrectly identified the entity as a "corporation of Germany."  The Registrant is a corporation of Austria.  Per TMEP Section 1201.02(c), this is a correctable error.  At the time the Assignment was filed, AKG ACOUSTICS GMBH, a corporation of Germany, did not exist as a legal entity.  The error was made in good faith and in realizing the erroneous information, Registrant is filing this Section 7 Request in order to correct the record.
