EXPLANATION OF FILING
Owner requests an amendment of its corporate name in its original registration, namely, that its name be changed from Anew Optics to Anew Optics, Inc. Owner avers that its corporate name was Anew Optics, Inc. at the time of initial application and registration. Owner assigned the registration to the current owner, in whose name the registration currently exists, and thus does not request amendment to the current certificate of registration. Owner's request is submitted solely to correct an inadvertent error in the initial registration.
